Mike Webb, owner of the Heritage Shopping Center on Heritage Drive, is asking neighborhood residents what they would like to see in a revitalized Heritage Shopping Center. November 13 RBCA General Meeting

The next RBCA General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 13 at 7:30 P.M. at Braddock Elementary School in the Janet S. Zschoche Library.

Topics include:

• Presentation by Mike Webb with an update on the Heritage Mall shopping center

• Fairfax County Police will give a presentation on domestic violence

• Discussion session to formulate topics of concern for upcoming meetings
